Anyone sticking around after Sumfest can enjoy even more reggae music and food at the Montego Bay Jerk Festival held in the same venue. The Mobay Jerk Festival is a family oriented day event with food, family entertainment and music. While the younger ones get their entertainment in the Kiddies Village, Foodies can feast on all things jerked: fish, pork, chicken, lobster and more. There is even a Veggie Jerk food station.

The 2018 edition was on Wednesday August 1, that's Emancipation Day. The stageshow normally starts about 6p.m.

Not long after Reggae Sumfest, the Mobay Jerk festival is held at the same venue, the Catherine Hall Entertainment Centre in Montego Bay. That's on Howard Cooke Boulevard.

The 2018 line-up included Teejay, Shanseea, Dingdong, Rygin King and Khago. Here's Loop Jamaica's review of the 2018 edition.
